February 22 the annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake fund raiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters was held at the Toronto Lanes. Starkdale’s youth group donned their bright green shirts and went to have fun and compete in the bowl-a-thon. They not only wore green but they raised a lot of green for a great cause. Over $700.00 was donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters by the enthusiastic Starkdale team members. It wasn’t that they didn’t try, but there were no perfect scores. However it was a perfect day. As you can tell from the smiles on their faces, a good time was had by all.
